Adult Psychotherapy (18yrs+)

My work with adults is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in the belief that growth is possible at any stage of life. I offer a space where we can slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside and around you, and move toward greater clarity and choice. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, or past experiences, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.

Youth Psychotherapy (12-17yrs)

Adolescence can be full of questions, big feelings, and growing pressures. I approach this work with warmth, curiosity, and respect for their unique voice and pace.

I hold an undergraduate honours degree in psychology with a specialization in mental health, and a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and I continue to engage in ongoing learning to deepen and refine my practice.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years supporting children and families through science education—an experience that continues to shape my curiosity, creativity, and care in the therapy room.

Outside of work, I love exploring the city with my (still-slightly-chaotic) mini dachshund. I swim, practise yoga, and seek out quiet moments to rest and recharge.
