I bring a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to my work, grounded in both clinical training and real-world experience. I hold an undergraduate honours degree in psychology with a specialization in mental health, and a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and I continue to engage in ongoing learning to deepen and refine my practice.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years supporting children and families through science education—an experience that continues to shape my curiosity, creativity, and care in the therapy room.

Outside of work, I love exploring the city with my (still-slightly-chaotic) mini dachshund. I swim, practise yoga, and seek out quiet moments to rest and recharge.
